Not sure why there was weight gain. I consummed 200 fewer calories than my RDI and met my step goal yesterday, so I got good exercise. I think maybe it's an adjustment thing with my weight - two steps forward and one step back. Irregardless, I don't think counting calories helps me. I think it's more carbs. I had fast food yesterday, so that must have really triggered a spike in weight. I'm having fewer bowel movements too with lower food consumption.
