Ugh! I was doing great yesterday, then all of a sudden derailed a bit. Oh well, I'd just told Bill recently that sometimes we need to give in and have a cheat instead of holding it and exploding later. Maybe I was just heeding my own advice. :D

LOL Anyway, this gain represents yesterday's misdoings. Today, I've been *almost* as good as gold -- though I did have a few chips earlier, but along with a protein shake, I counted that as my "lunch". Hah! But, I laid off of those quickly. So, hoping to lose most of today's gain tomorrow morning. For today: Soldier On! And speaking of that -- a big shout out to our veterans today. May they always be honored. People can say what they will about the desires of our government, but nobody can blame the veterans for what they may or may not like in politics. We owe those guys and gals our lives. Thank you!

We all have occasional slips. It's how we handle the aftermath that counts. You are getting right back on track instead of letting it snowball on you. You are doing great!!
