I reached my goal weight of 150 lbs! Now I think I'll try for a lower weight. I'm not sure the best psychological way to approach setting goal weight. I'm thinking I'd like to try for 135 pounds (I'm 5'6"). I've never been that as an adult. But I don't want to feel bad if I don't reach it. Should I just go for 145 pounds for now?

Feels great to be at this weight! I'm wearing pants I haven't been able to wear for years. I look in the mirror and think - yes! Most of all, it feels wonderful to be on a healthy track and to be dedicated to continuing it.

BTW, I'm doing Optavia with my husband. We started Nov. 21, and I've lost just over 15 lbs at 8 weeks. Which is phenomenal for me, almost 2 lbs a week. Usually I lose weight at 1/2 pound a week, or less.
