Oh Monday, I hope you're good to me. I did my weigh in early this week due to one of the challenged I'm in. It was a loss but I am a little disappointed because I was 1 pound less all last week. I'm hoping it's bloat and I can take care of it this week. I didn't eat the best this weekend but I didn't do the worst either. It's a new week this week and I'm going to do all I can and hope for another loss next week. Yesterday I worked out using the your shape fitness for kinect and burned 300 calories that really kicked my butt! I also FINALLY cooked my chicken this weekend and it came out amazing!!! I'm going to the grocery tonight to stock up on some more healthy food. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday!!
