It's been a long time since I dared show myself here. This weight loss stuff is a bitch. If you take your eyes off the prize for too long, it gets exponentially harder to get back on track.
I am not ready to give up, though. I refuse to buy clothes in a higher size and I donated all the ones used to have so there is no going back. My clothes are pretty darn tight right now, though.
For now I am sticking with low carb because it seems to be the only plan with which I can reliably lose weight. I stopped going to the weight loss center, though. Since I lost my job back in January, I haven't had the funds to continue.
The business my husband and I started with a couple other people is now starting to gain some momentum. We are getting a paycheck twice a month now and even though it's 1/2 what we used to make, we are getting by.
Princess, our little pomeranian, is doing well, despite the fact that I couldn't afford the surgery the vet recommended. I just keep an eye on her and give her pain meds as needed.
That's what's going on in my world. I will try to make the rounds later to see how everyone else is doing.
