I'm back...a little heavier, but not defeated. I basically went back to the old way of eating...maybe I'm a slow learner...sugar is NOT my friend. Now I'm about to learn if what they say is true. It's harder the second time around to lose. On a positive note, I returned to yoga class today.

Good for you! My daughter keeps trying to get me to go...I just think I am going to look ridiculous all twisted up w/ no where to go...but sProngiong! LOL!!! Who knows...perhaps that is something new I will try this year. Glad to see you back. Love.
