Today I am recommitting to be healthy so I can live life in the best possible way! I look forward to one day at a time, enjoying my husband of 33 years, my 5 year old grandson, and other people who's life I touch in a way like never before. This will include peace, joy and happiness as I will love myself now instead of hating the person on the outside that I have become.
