been having too many issues due to my 16 yr. old's "female" problems, we both also had the flu, and now my back is out of WACK from being down with the flu.I can't win, no matter what i attempt to do anymore!!!!

WEIGHT STAYED THE SAME!!!
No exercising all past week, and all i had eaten for 3 days.....out of the 7, was toast, crackers, soup, pudding, jello, soup, more toast, etc etc, you get the picture!!!
GOD HELP ME!!!

74,8 kg Tappat hittills: 0 kg. Kvarvarande: 11,3 kg. Kosten följs: Dåligt.

I'm so sorry to hear about y'all being sick...that stinks!! I hope you get to feeling better very soon girl!! At least your weight stayed the same.

yes thank goodness, gee as little as i ate for 3 days, thought would be a loss/oh well, at least no gain! Thanks for good wishes

My husband had the same thing sick for a week and all liqiud diet and we both were surprised no weight losswhen he weighed on friday, but he was able to start real food on friday and start excercizing on sunday and he lost 1.3when we weighed him again last night.keep your chin up.
