Yes! Today, I am reaching THREE milestones on my Weight Loss Journey!
1. I have today stepped out of the 140+ kg weight group. I have been waiting for quite a while for this. 2. I am now a 1/3 of the way to my goal. 3. I have today lost 15 kg.
This last week has not been as easy as my previous weeks. My weight have been bouncing up and down A LOT, even though I have meticuously followed the rules.
I think lack of exercise has been the biggest issue.
Yesterday, I got sick of not losing anything, and decided to give morning-swimming a try. I went to the local pools, bought a one day pass and went for it. I swam non-stop for a full hour, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As a matter of face, I enjoyed it so much that I immediately bought a full year pass. :)
So now, I will go swimming Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
I am very happy that I made that decision. I know I need to tone my body, and I know I need to exercise to keep losing weight. I am not the sports type and I hate running. However, ever since I was I kid I loved the water. I think this is where I will be happy exercising.
I have wished for a water-proof little mp3 player for christmas. I hope that will help motivating me to keep swimming. It would be nice to be able to listen to music as I am going. Ahhh, sweet technology. The wonders of being a nerd. :)
