Well it is kinda of disenheartening I have gained, but no suprise. I think it might partly be due to the super hard workout from monday. I have had sore muscles and worked out again today.

I guess its one of those days. Gotta watch the little extas. Ive snuck in a few shreds of carrots...not exactly atkins perfect but I will read how to do the next stage of atkins since I will be following it come monday.

Induction is causing me to much boredome and I can tell carb creep may start to kick in if I am not careful.
