Still 146 appetite wAayyy down. Ate fries yesterday from swiss chalet ( small serving) still in ketosis afterwards. Finding it hard to cook same things over and over. One more week today induction will be over. Gotta do some research.

Yes, i understand how you feel about monotony in the meals, i dont mind very much until i have to share lunch break with my colleagues and they all have different colorful meals. But, well... a little bit of effort for great results ;)

Oh, that i also solved really quickly, but it is also repetitive. I have pre-sliced meat or chicken in de fridge so i just throw it in the pan and in 10 min is ready.
