wow! again 2 pounds - normally i do not weigh myself more than once a week but I've followed my plan 100% and it's incredible - 2 pounds again today. Monday I weighed 177 and today I weigh 173 - I feel so much better. I'm trying to document this so when I 'fall off' I'll be able to get back on... simple challenge - just eat 'clean' nothing process (my exception is salad dressing) for 3 days. Then see how you feel. and I feel so much better! I'm also going to try and record exactly what I've eaten so I know what to do next time... because there's always a 'next time'. :)
