Nice to be back in the routine. My god, I forgot how valuable a tool logging really is. Had a good week getting back into the routine: water, exercise, no diet cokes, NO FAST FOOD. these are the greatest tools in my arsenal. It was routine before i slipped out a bit, becoming routine again. Sometimes my head builds things up to be harder than they are. As with many things, the hardest part is starting!
