Nice to be back in the routine. My god, I forgot how valuable a tool logging really is. Had a good week getting back into the routine: water, exercise, no diet cokes, NO FAST FOOD. these are the greatest tools in my arsenal. It was routine before i slipped out a bit, becoming routine again. Sometimes my head builds things up to be harder than they are. As with many things, the hardest part is starting! It's great to see you here, Mike. You have been a great inspiration to me through my weight loss journey. And you're right - sometimes we just get sidetracked and forget the value of doing this. And MANY times we tend to make the whole "losing weight game" a LOT harder than it is. Keep it simple, and you're well on your way. :)
