Starting a Challenge today "Lose 12 by the Twelve Days of Xmas". Bascially lose 1lb/week for 12 weeks. Which would be a good pace and a wonderful result for me. This week is when my period is suppose to start. Feeling really bloated and fat but made it to the spin class at 6:15am. Now at work wanting to have a nap. My plan is to do my best this week and then start the 6-week Beck Diet next Monday. I did buy and do the daily exercise book in the past and it did work for me. But have to be ready and dedicated. I have a week to get to that state.
