Sally, I have 🌶 ☕️ every morning. I use tumeric, cinnamon and cayenne. Sometimes cumin. I went to put cinnamon in my ☕️ last week ( purple and white container) and realized it was paprika 😂 same brand name. I have 2 paprika’s one is in a white and red container. I thought it was funny that I accidentally put it in my ☕️ and I started dropping weight faster. It’s not a far reach from what I put in my coffee anyways lol. It’s not really the paprika that has me losing, I have been upping my water and doing the work, but also have been sick so my calorie deficit is to big.

Thanks wifey 🤗☺️💕💄❤️ always looking for the bright side☀️☀️ I figured I would get some cleaning and laundry done today. I vacuumed the bathroom, hallway and our bedroom and about hit the floor. Sat for a while and went to do laundry and hubby told me to sit the heck down. So he is doing the laundry. He is a sweetie♥️♥️I rested and swiffered the bathroom and back on the couch. I did wake up feeling better. I’m just going to rest and clean, repeat. I just have to listen to my body while I’m getting used to this medicine. Right now I’m chilling with the family and cuddled up next to my lil 👦🏻 🥰😇
