I took a walk before I ate, and now I am so tired, even after eating some blueberries. Perhaps I should allow myself to rest 5 minutes to rejuvenate. We don't seem to allow ourselves a break....so I will do that! Good luck everyone. I celebrated a bit at being 159, now I am struggling to get back down to 159! Life sucks, doesn't it? I am not giving up, though. I know what I need to do to lose some more. No candy, cookies, or ice cream. It is that simple for me. Anything else I don't gorge on. I like my veggie stew. It is so comforting to eat, yum, yum. and my yam for sweetness. and my fresh green beans and peas out of my garden! I love fresh blueberries, too.
