I could not sleep well last night. Probably only got 4 hours of sleep. I got the night scaries. I did snack on a banana and some nuts. I don’t like it when I eat outside the window of time because I’m trying to do intermittent fasting. But I just felt off: scared, hungry, paranoid. I probably overdid it with the bicycling and caffeine yesterday. Also, my chest hurt like a bad case of heartburn. this was all close to 1 am this morning.
