Wed. So far mini-challenges going ok. I had a BBQ on Monday so trying to do 100% 5 days in a row Tue-Sat. This will be the hardest mini-challenge for me. Since I've been using the fatsecret Diet Calendar for awhile the food and exercise diary will be easier.
NOTE: Also my start weight was 163 not 167. A 4 pound loss in a week is abnormal for me. I was on a flush last week.
