So how many hours did you get on your fast? ⏰ How did you feel? I got 20.5 yesterday and I’m aiming for 24 today. I’m actually in a hunger wave right now, trying to distract myself with FatSecret and wait it out. These are the tricks! 😂

17 hours!! That’s great!! Yeah when I realized that, everything changed for me! Today it took me about 15 minutes to get past the hunger and I’ve been fine since, not hungry at all. Great job trying something new!

yohoyyo the struggle can get sooooo real when doing IF( intermittent fasting) just remember it starts the moment you stop eating the night before plus, bonus we burn calories while we sleep. Diet green tea with ginseng and also water can really curb that appetite. Sometimes the hunger is very real and you have to remember it is a balance and on those days just start eating as planned for the day.
