The cookies are kicking my butt...and I'm sure having a few beer last night wasn't all that helpful either. Had a good workout tonight though, and I am liking the changes that I'm seeing. Although my Wii Fit keeps telling me I'm obese...damn gadget...

I think my food strategy has to be rethought, and I will have to get past the cookies without grabbing a bag full...but it's so easy when you are in camp and all foods are free for the taking. I am going to win this battle and get into shape!!
