I am actually following a Keto diet plan. I find it pretty easy as compared to other types of weight loss and like it. Since removing "white" from my diet I can honestly tell my body is better for it. I had what I thought was contact dermatitis on my hands. It was to the point they were cracked and bleeding on my palms. The creams were not working. I had Psoriasis on my elbows as well as small patches on my body. Since starting this program my palms have healed completely and the psoriasis is disappearing at a phenomenal rate. This has been a pleasant surprise and side effect of removing grains and grain products from my diet. Not only that but the weight loss has been consistent and progress being made. I have dropped almost 20 lbs since starting this and by next weeks weigh in will be more than 20! Stack 20 lbs of butter on the table and pretend it was on you and is now gone. Great visual. The fat fight continues.
