so ,today I been to the gym and I found the courage to go in the weights section yayy, I was so frightened before ,you don't see many girls there and everyone seems to know what they're doing. I start with small weights anyways but just being there for the first time it's a big achievement for me. i was feeling stuck in the cardio zone. time to take my gym sessions to another level
