Same weight like the last week.. can't believe I didn't lose anything.
This week I've worked very hard at the gym. Had only 1 day off. I'm afraid I've skipped counting calories last week and I think I ate more than i should.
I want to try a scale that measures body fat percentage. maybe I'm really growing some muscles. I should start seeing it soon. :D

official weigh in after my italian trip..12 days without exercise and calorie counting. I ate everything from pasta ,pizzas, cheese, chocolate in huge quantities. :D
in fact, I feel now every gram I put on and it starts to bother me, but I give myself 2 weeks to go back under 60kg and start exercising seriously and eating clean ,try sticking with 1200 kcal/day

Last weigh in before my holidays . will be back in 12 days ,let's see what happens ,i will try not to eat too much in Italy. Taking the running gear with me though, so I can run 5k after every pizza :))
