I'm now in 2nd fase of my transformation, I started my weight loss journey In Feb 2018 with 72 kg , I lost till October 2018 12 kg. In December, after Christmas cake and mincepies I've put on 1-2 kg but I'm getting back on track. I have re started my journey week ago , giving myself again 7-8 months to lose the rest of kilogramme , but most importantly focusing on increasing the amount of exercise, decreasing the body fat percentage and gaining muscle.
