Can anyone tell me when you weigh the meat is the correct way before you cook it or after. For instance I weighed hamburger patty & it was 6.4 oz. & after it was cooked 5 oz. Appreciate any help on this & really hope I can commit this time. As I’m getting older it’s getting so much more difficult to diet as I absolutely love food
