Happy with this. Off 3 days after New Years's but managed to eat better. Still the random chocolate I need to stop eating. Going to the gym I'm sure also helped. Back at work today. I can get back on my normal schedule/routine. On Day 7 of the 14 day Plank-Core Strengthening challenge. Posting daily activity on my challenge wall. Missed one day so far. Goal to not miss any more.
