Some results?! Got down from averaging 1900cal to 1550cal per day this last week. Gosh that took some doing! Still that damn wine that took me over my 1400 objective. Okay, and perhaps that french toast with syrup and cream yesterday.

Feeling great in my body and strong health wise. Balanced eating, making lots of fresh salads and almost got to 20% protein. I am a sweet carbs girl, no read meat, and have made some changes over the last year towards more fish, eggs and quinoa. I take my hat off to those of you on banting / keto and Omad / IF! I am sure you are feeling super empowered and it sound like good results.

So far, 13 months to drop from 75kg to 66.7kg. My goal was 64kg - a healthy weight from my 30s and anything less makes my face look too thin. But thinking of changing that to 65kg as a goal weight. More sustainable, and at this rate, I might get there in 2019!
