I was very good this week and it shows, down almost 5 lbs. Started using my Keto strips to make sure I stayed on track. Made crackers, cookies, muffins and fat bombs to keep me on track during the holidays. I won't make my 200lbs by Christmas, but I'll get there next year. Sugars down to 6.4, cholesterol is good (under 100), blood pressure good and they decreased my thyroid meds. All and all doing well right now. I wanted to change my profile pic to this one, but I'm old and can't figure out how. I can't believe the change in my face from when I started on this site in 2017.
