Shar has helped get me back on track by preplanning and then printing out my days food journal so I can check off the items as I eat them. It takes away some stress. Thanks again to my kiddo.

works great for planning ahead if travelling or camping. Takes the guessing out of the equation.

I print out my food diary daily and keep the sheets in a binder. That way if I am stumped at what to eat or I have stalled or whatever, I can go back and look at what was working.
