Wed is not my weigh-in day, but I am going back to my home for almost a week. My scales are here so no weigh-in til I return next Wed. I didn't expect much because this seems to be a pattern for me. No reward at the end of the week but a bigger one when least expected. The key is for me not to get discouraged. I have not been out to eat in weeks because I fear the extra hidden calories, but that is downright silly. So I think we will go out Saturday night, AND I think I will have a glass of wine with dinner since I always have at least 4 points, usually more, left over at the end of the day, unless I have pasta like tonight. Wish me luck.
