Holy Hannah I am in shock. I expected the scale to give me H_ll this morning for the 3 glasses of wine... The OMAD yesterday must have really worked in my favour. Now I'm thinking I might try OMAD again - soon.. Not today though it's hubby's actual Birthday so I made eggs with peameal bacon and fried vidalia onion for breakfast. Being type 2 diabetic he feels he needs to eat breakfast first thing in the morning - I typically don't eat until 1 pm or later - haven't eaten that early in a long time - it was more than a little bit weird. The things you do for love... and love him i do. I'll skip lunch today and eat again when friends come for dinner. Tomorrow hubby goes back to work and I'll probably do OMAD again.
