Weight loss was..13.2 lbs
Fat% loss was 7.3% from 26.2% now 18.9%
Fat Mass loss was18.4 lbs

I wish l could help you with that my pictures stay in the me . Maybe if l posted everyday like most people l'd learn a thing or to but anyway Thankyou for the compliment..the cuts are finally coming in.
