Ok, so I lost NO pounds this week. Staying at a trace on the sticks (5) with one day at small (15). This week will be better with my new planned out menu plans and at least 3 days of exercise. I know if I follow the meals and snacks with the proper amounts at each time somethings gotta give! Not sneaking a peek at my weight until next week so I will be totally surprised and happy! I can't be Kimm's first failure that was actually trying to do it right!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do your best to throw in a nice protein with your lunch, and use a healthy fat to cook it with...no added carbs, and will bring up your calories...too low... you are doing a great job at planning, evaluating, and such...and no, you won't be Kimm's first!!!
