This will go back up tomorrow and isn’t really a good loss...I had a sick stomach last night. This has to be water loss/dehydration. I got up too fast this morning and almost passed out. Drank some broth with some added salt this morning. My stomach has been off since my vacation ...I hope it goes back to normal soon. I hope you all have a good day!
