Question: Does anyone count calories of their supplements?
I count calories in my protein powder, but I also take a handful of vitamins, minerals, and herbs in the morning and evening. Should I be logging these?
I haven't worried about it, because I usually have some calories left at the end of the day, and I doubt my supplements are more calories than I have left over.
Thoughts? Ideas? Experience? tia!

Hubs and I spent the last 9 days at the beach. 🏖️ I'm really proud because the entire vacation, I stayed within my calorie goal, and did not miss a single workout. I carried my exercise bands and we shopped for foods to keep in the condo. Only ate out about 3 times.
I will weigh in tomorrow. Can't wait to see my progress on the scale, because my clothes say much progress has been made!

I've really struggled to get enough protein. Not just low. Think 11%. 😪 I'm sure this means much of my weight loss has been muscle mass instead of fat. It doesn't help that I missed nearly 6 weeks of workouts.
However, what is lost can be gained! I spent some time researching high protein, low cal diets, and found a number of great (free!) meal plans and recipes. And I invested in a high-quality whey isolate protein powder with no additives.
Looking forward to some muscle gains soon!
In related news, I'm really happy about how I look in my new size small clothes recently. 😊
