So I thought I would burn some calories cleaning out flower beds. I was staking a shrub with hammer and next thing I knew my hand was covered with bees. They stung me all over both hands, got my legs good and even went up my shorts getting upper thighs. I saw a hole in the soil but thought was a mole hole. I believe they were ground bees. Swelling is going down but still achy... I haven't been stung since I was a child. Def not fun.

I'm such a YO-YO! LOL I've stepped up my excercise and do something everyday now. I'm noticing a difference in my hunger now. Usually eating low carbs keeps hunger at bay and I have to make myself eat. Lately, that's not the case. I'm def ready to eat dinner at 6 and if I don't go to bed on time, I will eat again at 9. Had problems with sleep last night and was up nibbling until 11. I'm gonna start taking melatonin again.
Even though my progress is slow I am seeing changes in my body. I'm def stronger. I see a little definition in my arms and belly is slowly shrinking. The loose skin on arms and inside thighs are very noticeable at this point.
I have a short term goal but really this is a lifestyle change and it will take time to lose the weight. I accept that and I am happy with my progress.

Slow and steady. I'm stepping up my exercise as I get stronger. My body seems to respond pretty well to exercise. Wish I enjoyed it more but maybe that will come as I make it more of a priority and part of my lifestyle. Moopie I have added wall pushups as suggested every day. Thanks for that tip! Squats & pushups daily then Hot Yoga once a week. I'm hoping to add another session of Hot Yoga weekly. Thank u FSC for all of your support! It's hard to make lifestyle changes and you guys keep me lifted & inspire me.

YAY! Whittling it down. If I don't have any Michelob Ultras this weekend I would prob continue losing. I've noticed a pattern. If I drink, I won't drop another pound for several days. I have been managing my food well but really like hanging out with my hubby and friends on the deck drinkin a couple beers. Am I gonna slow my progress and live a bit or be rigid to keep that progress going?
