I have had no internet to input any of my diet or exercise lately, so there isn't much to look back on. On August 7, I woke up with a severely abscessed tooth and my face swollen so bad that I looked like the character in the movie "The Mask" with Cher. For almost a week, I couldn't eat much because I couldn't open my mouth and chewing was an absolute impossibility, so I resorted to chocolate ice cream, not ideal, but I had to have something in me to keep from passing out. I have been back on solid (still soft) foods for about 5 days now, but haven't really gotten myself back to a normal diet yet. It's funny how fast your stomach can shrink in about a week's time. As for exercise, my activity level has increased some, but I'm still weak from not eating a normal amount of food. I'm taking it slow trying to get to a normal level of food and diet. My internet is on now, so I will once again be logging everything beginning tomorrow.

Feeling really tired today. I got up at 5:30 this morning for no apparent reason and never went back to bed. That would have been fine, had I done all of my exercise before the housework, because now it's going to be a bigger challenge to get it done. I did do 150 of the 300 crunches for the "Crunch Away the Fat" challenge, but still have an hour of cardio and 30 push ups (I've never done more than 2 - 3) on top of the other 150 crunches. I'm super stubborn, so I will work my a** off until I get it done, then it's time to pass out for the night.

For the next 12 days, I will not have access to my computer, so I will not be recording anything. I will, however, continue with watching my intake and exercise, and will be keeping a written journal. When I get back home, I will update everything.
