"theoretical" 30# increase in my deadlift!!!! (4x5@173 which was NO problem) WOOT! That's amazing since I was slacking off playing in the snow all weekend and taking it kinda easy the week before.
today was much MUCH better. I got some good sleep last night, took fish oil, magnesium and vitamin D before bed and zonked right out.
Keto O/S for breakfast...I've switched to the caffeinated version and now drink decaf coffee (i know, what's the point?) But too much caffeine has been sending me into orbit and not in the good way.

oooh! Woke up late..really late and missed the gym today. In fact, my 5 year old woke me up..."Mommy, it's DAYTIME!". parent fail.
Feel good but need to move and need to keep up on my sleep in order to continue forward.

Tapped into the "charged" Keto O/S this morning. I've found I'm a bit sensitive to caffeine so I had to go decaf coffee instead. All good.
My food logs are really consistent. I haven't been snacking, able to fast intermittently and alcohol and sweets just don't appeal to me. (that is a VERY big deal)
Mostly LCHF, but my carbs are vegetables.
Taking BMI measurements tonight and hoping to deadlift. Will see if there are any significant weight increases tonight.
Progress pic so far for the record...(and yes, i'm proud of this because of what my body is able to do)
