I have come to realize that I really flourish on a keto/paleo type diet rather than strict either way. I do need to be timely with my carbs and fats during the day. I think fats in the am, carbs after workout and then leaner cuts and healthy portions for dinner.
Keto//OS in the am before workout as well as mid-afternoon seems to do me very very well.

Where have I been? oh boy. I went on vacation and I could actually smell the vacation oozing out of my pores during this morning's workout.
food is back on track. I didn't do horrible but sat on my rear a bit too much.

ran the winterlaufe this weeend. 5 miles - did it in under an hour so i'm pleased. it's Feb and i haven't been running AT ALL.
Still feeling strong, but I also feel like I got out of my routine just enough to throw it a tad bit sideways. I am SO glad that i'm keeping food logs on my blog and that I have a place to rant and rave here. :-D

OMG OMG OMG!!! I forgot that I had keto kreme coming. I have never done well with bulletproof coffee and always take it black, but this, THIS is amazing!!!
Goodbye afternoon Starbucks!!!
also, recommendations for a new coffee cup being taken at this time. :-(
