My scale says I am up only one pound.... but I have to be truthful, by friday last week I was down to 192. I had a convention over this weekend and I indulged a bit... I worked on making good food choices, although I did indulge in some munchies.... and I did have some alcohol. I am not beating myself up too much over this as I do have to learn how to attend things as these and find a balance there. I did get to walk one day while I was there and only missed walking one day last week. This morning I am back on track and ready to move forward!

Down another 2 pounds! Didn't do too well this weekend, I stayed within my caloric intake, but still ate poorly. I fought the urge to munch all weekend! I stayed at home this weekend and putzed around my house, I got to do some decorative painting yesterday which really felt good! I tried to get into my 14's..... not yet, though the 16's are not staying up as easily.... soon!

Moving along slowly! Staying with my caloric intake as much as possible.... maybe need to modify my food choices. Hmmm!

Yesterday Morning I was down 5lbs, but I did not do too well in the good food category although I did still stay within my caloric intake. I did not do well with my water intake, so I think that may be why I woke up with only a 2-3lb loss.... but hey.... as loong as I keep that and it still goes down little by little, I will be happy!

I think I finally figured out how to read the calendar! Yea!! I am just going to try to keep that part simple (sleeping and resting to start the day and only adding my exercises). I am down 2-lbs as of today, I am weighing every morning, but will keep a weekly weigh-in on here. I have a very busy life... not complaining, cause for the most part... I LOVE it!
Next week will be a bit trying, but I love the fact that there are restaurant menus listed here and I can sorta pre-plan a day prior to going out!! Next week is movie day for a friend and I... so I will work around my popcorn for the movie.. no butter is not a problem! Then Thursday a group of us are getting together at Red Lobster for Drinks, Hors devores (Yea... it is spelled wrong) and dessert, so I am working on planning that day out so it won't be too detrimental even if that means an extra half hour of walking!
