So my food diary says around 2300, but I only ate half that pizza, which was about 700 cals, and I also exercised, which was *probably* about -250 calories (I always underestimate, and I feel like the calc on here must be wrong!)
So...I guess I didn't do too shabby!!

Next up - two things!
1) Focus on the amount of calories I'm ingesting
2) Focus on the quality of the foods I'm ingesting
A little less calories, *maybe*, but I won't stress about it at the moment. We'll see how things play out.
No burnt meat!
No factory farmed meat!
Less dairy!
I'd eventually like to have no dairy, except for maybe heavy cream and butter.

I am sooooooooo happy that I'm able to eat all the fats and protein I want. Especially fats. My mood is so good, and my energy is fantastic! I keep thinking that my next meal will be this big binge...but when I sit down to eat, I end up eating not even half of what I expect to eat, and then I'm pleasantly stuffed. Somebody pinch me please.
No wait - don't! I like this; I think I'll keep it. :D
