Another fasting day!
I am trying to savor my 195cal tuna salad. It might be odd, but I add chili flakes to my tuna salads. I think it goes well with the balsamic. It also makes me eat it slower, and, if the theory is correct, speeds up my metabolism a little.
The fasting destroyed my gym session today, though. Only burned 265 on the treadmill, and cut my strength training in half.
Only 66 days until Jamaica. It's very unlikely that I'll lose these fifteen pounds that cling to me. =/

I'm going to retry the intermittent fasting thing, 5:2.
Yesterday was a "fast" day (I put fast in quotations because I don't feel that consuming food is a fast, I feel it's a restricted intake day), and although I did okay, it was still too much. I ate 651 calories instead of 500. I felt REALLY unwell all of yesterday, completely unrelated to the restriction of calories. I've taken 1.5g of paracetamol in 24hrs, and my head is still pounding.
The good news?? I'm down to 132.8. I won't record it because I'm not convinced it's correct. But it is still very nice to see.
Today is a "free day" and tomorrow is another "fasting day".

Yesterday was very naughty - too much red wine!
But the good news is my body fat is down to 24.1%. Weight hasn't changed, though. And, somehow, my boobs haven't been affected by the potential fat loss - something unheard of for me. Normally those things are the first to go!

24.9% body fat. I know my scale won't be completely accurate, but at the very least it's a gauge to go by.
By the end of the month, I'd like to see it between 20-21%, but I don't know how realistic that is.
