Hello hello hello to everyone, I hope everyone is doing great with what you are doing on your journey. I didn't do my weigh in, only because it has not changed. The good news is I'm done with those meds. she didn't make me continue. and they did help. Bad news is, Now that I've been off my appetite seem to be a little strong. as when I was taking those med that was my fear but they didn't seem to keep me feeling hungry. I wonder if this is what's happening after stopping the meds. Now I will really have to watch. Ok keep up the good work everyone. I'll keep moving....

Ok Update with these Sterriods. So far I'm able to deal with them. No changes one way or the other when it come to weight gain. I was put on a pack for 7 days. So maybe I want have to keep dealing with them. And I do feel a little better, For me the sleep is a side effect but at least I know why. Hopeful that this lines on out. I'm still watching what I'm eating and drinking, So I guess this is helping. You guys have a wonderful weekend. I'll keep moving....

Well here I am. G's. Ok I said I was having what seem to be nerves problems right.
well it wasn't like stressed about anything. It was in my neck area. and going down my left arm. I knew that wasn't suppose to be happening. They took E-Rays and I went back yesterday for results.
well she say they all turned out good. But say there is art./ inflamation in there, Yeah I'm misspelling words, But I gotta keep going lol.
Now out of all things she put me on a week of Sterriods and you know all I could think about is weight gain. I'm in my 2th day of them. and I'm watching so close to what is going in my mouth. I really don't want to go back up in weight it took a while to get back where I am lol. Just wonder though. If any of you had to take METHYLIPREDNISSOLONE? If so how did it effect you? And how did or how are you handling it? I hope you guys day is going very well. I'll keep moving....

Here it is. I gain all my weight back where I started, and I said I would not weigh in until I get back where I was or beyond. Anyway I back but better. I'm not over stressing myself with anything, Just still working on finding what works for me, and that I can see me in it for the long haul. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. and that this week will be even greater. I'll keep moving....
