First workout after being on vacation & having COVID. I was not going to share because the trainer backed me way off so mentally it is hard on you to see that but I thought it would be good to share because my trainer knows what he is doing and I trust the workouts he gives me to make sure I train injury free and around all my health issues.
Hex Bar Deadlift 150 lb 2x15
Incline Bench Press 45 lb 2x15
Dumbbell Row 30 lb 2x15
Dumbbell Stepup 5 lb 2x15
Rope work - 5 sets
Side note: I made it thru the workout and had a high heartbeat of 165 bpm and was sore that night.

Have not been at work outs or following macros for two weeks due to vacation and then getting COVID. Here is to a new week and getting back into my routines with consistent eating and workouts.

Vacation for 10 days so enjoyed food and cocktails and did not workout. Took a break from everything but will weigh in this week and get back to the gym. Hope all you have been crushing your goals!

Monday's workout - Burned 306 calories and 167 peak heart rate.
Trainer changed up my dumbbell step ups and I am stepping higher so he backed off my weight. I breezed thru those thinking oh that was EASY! Well - sore today so he knows what he is doing!
Other highlight - I did 220# 5 reps for 4 sets on the Hex Bar Deadlift.
