Up this week, but I knew I would be after we had a Chinese Food Feast that lasted 2 days. I was up 2+ pounds, but HUBBY was DOWN a pound, eating more than I do, not restricting intake over the rest of the week, and less active. So Frustrating!!!!

I'm taking a day off, and then going to try the Zig Zag method and see if that does anything. I'm very frustrated because I kept my calories low this week, and gained. I think some of it may have to do with I have the same breakfast every day, and the same snack every day. I think I need to give myself more variety.

Lost .2 pounds. Slow like a turtle! It says it will take 25 months to lose 21 pounds. How do I speed this up a bit? I always eat between 1500 and 1700 calories, and always seem to be losing .2 or .4 pounds at a time.

Feeling a little discouraged with my 0.4lb loss today, but added up since January, I've lost 18lbs! I started in July 2013 at 265.6, had many ups and downs, and now only 21 more to go, maybe I will hit that by next January. That would be nice. Slow and steady wins the race they say! I don't feel obese anymore, I feel "normal", and I'm not out to wear a bikini or attract a new man, or any of that. I'm 67 and happy with who I am, except that I want to be 175 lbs. My hubby just bought 5 big bags of chips today, and asked if there was anything I wanted. Of course! All of it! But I won't. Thankfully he doesn't eat them in front of me.
