Wow! It sure is a quiet day on here today! I hope that means that everyone is just cruising away on losing weight, and not cheating!
I haven't cheated since Saturday(tasty pretzels and dip), and have spent over 2 hours since on the treadmill. I've been doing some walking at an incline and running at a lower incline. Its been kicking my butt the last two days, but its not hurting me, thats for sure. I'm going to look into a yoga class at the Y or something for this winter.
Here's to more exercise!

I hope everyone's had a good weekend! My weekend at the cabin went well. I had a few extra pretzels with light dip, but other than that, I'm thinking I did pretty good. I was the only one not really boozing it up, and saved a few fruits to have two glasses of wine this weekend. I really enjoyed myself too, since I was sober the whole weekend. I am hoping for a successful weigh in tomorrow, and I'll be working out hard core this week to possibly get my total weight loss to 20 lbs. (I'm thinking about doing takeoff on Weds and Thurs.)

Fortunately, the weight gain I had on Monday didn't continue. I'm still only down 0.4 lbs from last Friday, so I'm hoping I can continue losing. We're heading up to our friend's cabin tonight after work, and I know what everyone is bringing to share for food, so I think I have my menu planned for the weekend. I just hope that I don't cheat too much. A friend is bringing her beer cheese dip, and its usually hard not to have at least one pretzel with the dip.. (She said she'd make it with FF cream cheese and RF shreaded cheese, so it might be okay to have just one...)I plan to take a few long walks in the woods this weekend, so that may help.

Alright, after my up last bad weigh in, I'm ready for today. I've worked out Sun, Mon, Wed, and played 18 holes of golf on Tuesday. (That's gotta count for something. I was hurting the next day!) This morning, on my scale at home, I weighed in at 179 lbs. If I can be anywhere near there tonight when I go in, I will be happy. One thing that I have started to do is only have one Lite bar a day. My other Lite has been the soup or drink instead. They are lower in calories, and still get in the protein. (60cal soup as opposed to 160cal in a bar)
We'll see how it goes tonight, but I'm hoping for a good result. I really want to be under 180!
