I went way over my calorie limit yesterday. Mainly because I made a bad choice at Mcdonalds for lunch and I was exhausted and bored. I have a 4 hour break between my classes on Wednesdays and the school is over a hour away from my home. I need to find a place to exercise in that area to keep from getting so bored.

I'm getting really frustrated with my family. They give me absolutely no support whatsoever. I try really hard to eat healthy but they have to have sweets and junk food and I'm just not strong enough not to eat it if it's in the house. If I only buy healthy and low cal snacks they eat so much that it only lasts a day or two. I bought some 90 cal granola bars and Snackwells 100 cal packs and my boyfriend ate 4 or 5 a day while complaining about it the whole time because I didn't buy cookies or snack cakes or ice cream. He won't drink lowfat milk, won't eat anything that says fat free on it and the kids are almost as bad as he is. I can't afford to buy separate food for me and them. Ok I'm done with my rant now. On a better note I losyt 2.9 lbs last week. I didn't go to zumba last week because my pms was brutal but I went last night and I'm going back tonight and hopefully Thursday.

I was just looking at my weight history on here and I see that I've been losing and gaining the same 10 lbs for a year. I'm gonna change that this year!

I started school on Monday. I was worried about it all week last week but everything went well. We're out today for a snow day. I lost 1.2 lbs from last week. I can deal with that especially since I started my period Sunday. I haven't been to zumba this week because I was exhausted and cramping Monday and it was cancelled yesterday due to the weather. I'll be back in there next week for sure.
