I was doing great yesterday except for the 6 cups of water. I went out with a friend last night to eat $6.00 crab legs. Not sure what the dietary info would be on that. I ate 2 1/2 clusters. That was my cheat for the week. back on the ball today with yogurt for breakfast. and chicken and rice for lunch.

I have lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks just by eliiminating sodas( which I was addicted to) and Drinking at least 4 cups of water (I hate water sl 4 cups is an improvement)a day and by changing my eating habits. Woo hoo I really like this. Will begin to incorporate excerise(walking a mile)this week and try to get my water up to 6 cups a day this week. Hope to loose 3-5 lbs this week by the next weigh in on Monday.
