I am a nurse, a student, and a wife. Not doing a modified atkins as some fad diet ( i get that a lot), but as a ketogenic diet recommended to me as a way to control and lessen my migraines without medication... pretty effective so far, not exactly smooth sailing I am still adjusting. I truly believe in the principle behind it.
