Originally from Los Angeles, but have been living in Stuttgart, Germany for the last eight years. Single with a beautiful and intelligent eight year old daughter.

So many changes have happen in my life, particularly over the last ten years, along with dealing with sleep apnea (which I have now have a CPAP machine), I've let me weight get out of control.It affects me 'everyday' as I'm not happy with what I see physically, not happy with how I feel, not happy knowing I'm not respecting my body as I should, frustrated that I can't seem to "just do it" and make the necessary adjustments. I'm just frustrated.

So, I thought I'd try this website/app as one of the tools in my arsenal to get back in shape so that I may live a long, active life.
